She is survived by: her parents, Jimmy Haley and Betty Overton Haley; her husband Speed Wesley Wiggins; her daughters, Sierra Napier (Aaron) and Cheyenne Deaton (Shane); her brother Jamie Haley; her grandchildren, Avery Napier and Aiden Douglas; her mother-in-law Alice Wiggins; her sister-in-law Valerie Tuttle (Barry); her nephew Chris Tuttle; her niece Kaylee Tuttle; and her close friends, Kathy and Russ Chapman. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
