He is survived by: his wife Terri Woolum LeFevers; his children, Angela Hollingsworth (Shawn) of Middleboro, KY and Nicholas LeFevers (Myrdie Shackelford) of Arjay, KY; and his grandchildren, Mackenzie Hollingsworth, Aiden Hollingsworth, Harper Hollingsworth, Lincoln LeFevers and Connor LeFevers. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
