It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlene Shuler of Pineville, Kentucky, who passed away on March 26, 2022, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Emanuel Whitehead and Ronella Brock Whitehead. She is survived by: her husband Frank Shuler; her sisters, Carol Whitehead (Kenneth Holbrook) and Barbara Brock (Ronald); her niece Tiffany; her nephews, Emanuel Bippus and Bryan Brock (Breanna Howard); and her caregiver Charlene.
