He is survived by: his wife Betty Partin Smith; his children, Amanda Frasure (Steven) and Jared Smith (Angie); his grandchildren, Chelsie, Jamie Frye, Kanler Frasure (McKinsey Phipps), Jayden Smith, Cooper Smith and Mason Boyd Smith; his great grandchildren, Branson Frye, Meadow Frye and Kenalee Frye; his sisters, Shirl Salata (Jeff), Sharon Philpot, Peggy White (Dennis) and Debbie Chadwell; his sister-in-law Glinda Smith; and his friends, Paul Logan and Paul Beagle Haley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
