It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Ann Laws (Pineville, Kentucky), who passed away on November 18, 2019, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Herbert Phipps; and her siblings, Ray Phipps, George Albert Phipps, Vandetta Charles and Ethel Marie Brock.
She is survived by: her mother Helen "Jennie" Hacker Phipps; her husband Douglas Laws; her children, Aaron Laws, Benjamin Laws, Kendra Johnson (Travis), Jacob Laws and Andrew Laws (Vanessa); her grandchildren, Levi Laws and Madison Johnson; her siblings, Frank Phipps (Melissa), Jerry Phipps (Laura), Herbert Phipps, Jr. (Judy), Jesse Phipps (Cuba), Nelson Phipps (Lorene), Amanda Helton (Bill), Evelyn Howard and Geneva Brock (Reed); and her mother-in-law Mable Laws. She is also survived by nieces nephews, other relatives and many friends.
