She is survived by: her daughter Sandy Fields; her grandchildren, Hiram Fields and Shannon Fields; and her great grandchildren, Jon Ryan Carmical, Noah Barrett, Ely Fields and Maddy Fields.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Stroke Foundation and the Alzheimer's Association.
