He is survived by: his partner Kelly Hammel; his parents, Carl Smith and Sheila Asher Smith; his sisters, Lisa Davenport (Sean) and Carla Smith; his grandparents, Barbara Ogan Jones and Noah Asher; his aunts, Sherry Patrick, Linda (Walter Brock) and Vicki Watts; his uncle Eddie Ray; and his nephews, Cody Davenport (Jessica), Cory Davenport and Zarahan Latham.
