She is survived by: her parents, Melvin James Thomas and Melanie Lynn Mullins Thomas; her grandparents, Alfred Thomas and Mullins Hall of Nevada; and her aunts and uncles, Valerie Bentley (William), Bart Mullins (Stephanie), Amanda Mullins (Harold) and Amie (Chris). She is also survived by Cousins, Great Aunts and Great Uncles.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to help with funeral expenses.
