With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Willard Sumner of Pine Knot, Kentucky, born in Marshes Siding, Kentucky, who passed away on June 24, 2021 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome Sumner and Nellie Sumner (Bryant); and his siblings, Donnie Sumner, Reba Faye Sumner, Myrtle Tucker and Mary Murphy.

He is survived by: his siblings, Troy Sumner of North Dakota, Roger Sumner of Walton, Earl Sumner of Pine Knot, Kentucky, Lonnie Sumner of Pine Knot, Kentucky, Lorena "Peanut" Reason of Rocky Mountain and Peggy Sumner of Pine Knot, Kentucky. He is also survived by 17 nieces and nephews; and numerous great nieces and nephews.
