It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wendell Watters of Pine Knot, Kentucky, who passed away on May 31, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Waters and Nellie Clark Waters; and his brother Donnie Waters. He is survived by: his siblings, Sam Watters, Orlando Watters, Phyllis Cook (Jim Sarlanis), Mary Waters-Harris (Larry) and Freda Sullivan (Merle).
