She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Ducker and Verna Lee (Messinger); her close friend Joe Trammell; her son Joseph Lee "Joey" Starrett; her siblings, Jimmy, Harvey Ducker, Ella Stanton, Hazel Ducker, Virginia Ducker and Ramona Barber (Mark); and her granddaughter-in-law Amber Duncan.
She is survived by: her children, Chad Starrett (Tami) and Tina Marie Dunn (Brandon Duncan); her stepchildren, Joseph A. Trammell (Carolyn), Tina Price (Scott), Lonnie James Trammell (Sherry), Kimberli N. Moore (Eric) and Christopher Trammell (Jennifer); her sisters, Donna Crouch (Clifford) and Jeanette Wesley (Lew); her grandchildren, CJ, Trent, Ryan, Jordan, Coty (Stacy), Zachery, Jonah, Jonathan, Cheyenne Starrett, Brandy Day (Anthony), River Duncan and Ian Duncan (Brandi); and her nephew Randy Barber (Marsha). She is also survived by 12 step-grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren.
