She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Crawford and Anna Crawford (Fredericks); her husband Rev. Lloyd Hale; and her daughters, Tammy Collins and Melissa Norman.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Nicholas Collins (Amber) of Williamsburg, Kentucky, Brian Norman (Brittany) of Williamsburg, Kentucky, Holly Norman of Williamsburg, Kentucky, Frankie Anderson of Williamsburg, Kentucky and Earl Anderson of Williamsburg, Kentucky; and her brother John Crawford of Jellico, Tennessee. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
