He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Ann Specht (Ball); his children, Stephen "Steve" Specht of Colorado, Barbara Johnson of Pine Knot, Genny Allen (Brandon) of Colorado and Cherie Specht (Ricky) of Colorado; his stepchildren, Laura Richardson (Troy) of Buffalo, KY and Tad Dolen of Hazard, KY; and his grandchildren, Maya, Emma Kali, Kaiden, Ryker, Beckham, Sean, Ellie, Noah, Jacob and Emma LeeAnn.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like to ask that donations be made to the funeral home to assist with the remaining expenses.
