She is survived by: her son Eric Hawkins (Denada Knight) of Pine Knot; her siblings, Ernest Lee Jr. (Sue) of Sidney, OH, Georgie Kendrick (Derwood) of Chattanooga, TN and Shirley Farrow of Fayetteville, NC; her brother-in-law Larry Henry; her nieces, Brandy Stephens and Barbara Gonzalez; and her grandchildren, Kimberly Hawkins of Sidney, OH, Dustin Hawkins of Sandy Hook, Rhonda Kay Coffey (Alan) of Parkers Lake, KY and Leslie Stevens.
