He is survived by: his close friend Sondra Waters of Stearns; his children, Kimberly (Rodney Hensley) of Portland, IN., Mickey (Patty Waters) of Portland, IN., David (Cheri) of Hartford City, IN., Keith (Joann Waters) of Portland, IN. and Jay Waters of Winfield, TN.; and his brothers, Denton (Karen Waters) of Muncie, IN and Patrick Waters of Park City, IN.. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
