With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lorene Stephens of Pine Knot, Kentucky, born in Fonde, Kentucky, who passed away on October 28, 2020 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Gibson and Annetta Gibson (Engle); her husband Lonnie Brown Stephens; her son Dennis Eugene Stephens; and her siblings, Harold Gibson, Clay Gibson, Verde Sue Gibson and Joyce Gibson.
She is survived by: her children, Lonnie Dale Stephens of Pine Knot, Larry Wayne Stephens of Whitley City, LaRhonda Sue Crabtree (Chris) of Revelo and Lanetta Ann Crabtree (Randy) of Pine Knot; her siblings, Merle Gibson (Betty) of Michigan, Agatha Costella of South Carolina and Thelma Thompson of Sidney, Ohio; her grandson Christopher Lee Crabtree (Kathrine); and her great grandchild Kaitlyn Crabtree.
