He was predeceased by : his father Lewis Ray Perkins; and his brother Kevin Perkins. He is survived by : his mother Wanda Faye Perkins (Vanover); his half-sister Teresa Garland; his daughter Amber Perkins-King (Nick King) of Strunk; and his grandson Kendall King.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, June 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Higginbotham Cemetery. A graveside service was held on Thursday, June 27th 2024 at the same location.
