He was predeceased by: his father Luther J. Fultz. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Fortner (Rice); his wife Dianna Rose Fultz; his grandson Christopher Fultz; his brother Luther J. Fultz II; his daughter Patricia Fortner (Rice); his brother Josh Fultz of Carl; his stepmother Reba Fultz of Carlton, MI; and his grandchildren, Emily Davis, Patricia Fultz, Stephanie Fultz, Makenzie Fultz and Dylan James Fultz.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expense.
