He is survived by: his children, Amber Privett (Sean) of Pine Knot, John Cox (Vanessa) of Jellico, Christopher Cox (Rachel) of Strunk, Michelle Cox (Justin Brown) of Lexington, Stephanie Waters (Joseph) of Strunk, Tiffany Cox of Strunk, Michael Cox of Strunk and Justina Bell of Pine Knot, Kentucky; his fiancée Christina Bell of Pine Knot; his siblings, Steven Cox of Stearns and Linda Roberts of Stearns, Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Alex, Briahna, Letty, Chris, Alieghna, Zivah, Mia, Weston, Bentley, Greyson, Terri and Dakota.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the McCreary County Funeral Home (48 State Hwy 700, Whitley City, KY 42653). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
