He was predeceased by: his father William Riley Moses; his wife Margie Sue Moses (Lawson); his siblings, Shirl Moses (Estel), Andrew Moses (Barbara), Truman Moses (Joan) and Calestine Moses Ellison (Rocky); his sisters-in-law, Edna Moses and Brenda Moses; and his grandchildren, Evan Swain, Matthew Bryant and Jessica Roberts.
He is survived by: his children, Janet Moses Duncan of Somerset, Yvonne Moses Bryant of Pine Knot, Felicia Moses Roberts (Jess) of Strunk and Felix Moses II of Stearns; his stepchildren, Teresa Wells Coffey (Kenny) of Strunk and Terry Wells (Martha Fran) of Lancaster, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Kevin Bryant (Jessica), Latosha Runyon (Kenneth), Stephanie Hubbard (Joey), Adam Duncan (Heather) and Jacob Roberts; his stepgrandchildren, Alicia Patrick, Benjamin Coffey, Kurtus Wells and Nikki Wells; his siblings, Matilda Cox, Carolyn Moses, Flonnie Moses-Bishop, Theodore, Kermit (Wendy), Rommell (Arretta) and Carl E. Moses; his close friend Brenda Perry; and also Oscar Sumler. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
