He is survived by: his daughter Rhonda Crabtree; his siblings, David Hardwick and Sarah Stewart; his grandchild Dakota Crabtree; his wife Cassie Hardwick (Waters) of Pine Knot, Kentucky; his daughter Sandy Wilson of Strunk, Kentucky; his siblings, Roger Hardwick of Whitley City, Kentucky, Janice Wilson of Whitley City, Laura Whitehead of Whitley City, Barbie Hardwick of Pine Knot, Kathy Sumner of Pine Knot, Fay Dill of Ft. Wayne and Debbie Freeman of Strunk; his granddaughters, Chasity Allen, Miranda Allen and Alisa Allen; and his great grandchildren, Conner Ray Taylor, Aiden Howard, Jackson Taylor and Greyson Taylor.
