He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Creekmore and Marie Creekmore (Lovitt); his wife Preceding; and his siblings, Clyde Creekmore, Nannie Perkins and Marjorie Jones.
He is survived by: his sons, Richard Creekmore (Dorothy) of Dayton and Steve Creekmore of Dayton, Ohio; his grandchildren, Dawn Sparrow (Scott) of Dayton, Richard Creekmore II (Holly) of Dayton, Danielle Wingo Perez (Yusef) of Florida and Aaron Creekmore of Dayton; and his great grandchildren, Kailani Sparrow (Sean) of Dayton, Elijah Sparrow of Dayton and Raylan Creekmore of Dayton.
