She was predeceased by: her parents, William Theodore and Verdie Hester Branscum (Abbott); her sons, Henley Dwayne Watters and Tony Dallas Watters; her siblings, Clarence Branscum, Thomas Lenville Branscum, Farris Branscum, Rev. Leamon Branscum, Billy Branscum, Rev. Roger Branscum and Della Crowder; and her grandchildren, Amber Watters and Jeffery Scott Watters, Jr..
She is survived by: her son Jeffery Scott Watters (Denise) of Martinsville, Indiana; and her grandsons, Brock Watters, Zackery Watters and Brandon Watters. She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the McCreary County Funeral Home (48 State Hwy 700, Whitley City, KY 42653). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
