With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Betty Musgrove Ellis of Pine Knot, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 19, 2025 at the age of 90. She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen King and Nora Elise King (Strunk); her husband Clyde Musgrove; her children, Clyde Barry Musgrove and Rita Ann Musgrove; her granddaughter Adriane Keith; her great grandchildren, Gavin Sexton and Landen Musgrove; and her siblings, Clara Trammell, Pearl Ball, Blanche King, Kenneth King, Ophia King, Clarence King, Edith Jones, James Paul King and Maynard King.
She is survived by: her daughter Sharon Baird (Dennis) of Pine Knot; her grandchildren, Audree Powell (Andy), Miles Baird (Heather), Daphane Merriman (Mark), Douglas Musgrove, Ashley Musgrove (Art), Jordon Musgrove, Will Musgrove (Sherri) and Dillon Musgrove; her great grandchildren, Caleb Powell, Bradley Powell, Alyssa Keith, Peyton Keith, Farrah Ellis, Rieley King, BreckLyn Sewell-Baird, BecKett Sewell-Baird, Ana Merriman, Colton Musgrove, Brooklynn Musgrove, Khloe Jones, Avery Musgrove, Emmy Musgrove, Carter Musgrove, Willow Musgrove and Wylie Musgrove; her great great grandchildren, Ella Kennedy and Parker Powell; and also Allen King, Jr..
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Pine Knot Funeral Home (140 Cal Hill Spur, Pine Knot, KY 42635). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
