He was predeceased by: his parents, Milford Lowe and Gertie Lowe; his son John Freelin Lowe; and his siblings, Curtis Hayes Lowe, Laurnie Nichols, Garnet Maynard and Eunice Jean Delong.
He is survived by: his wife Elsie Lowe (Fletcher) of Pilgrim, KY; his stepmother Doris Lowe; his sons, James Lowe (Bridgette) of Pilgrim, KY, Samuel Lowe (Lillie) of Inez, KY, Adam Lowe of Pilgrim, KY and Issac Lowe of Pilgrim, KY; his brother Gabe Dewey Lowe of Pilgrim, KY.; and his grandchildren, Ethan Lowe, Hannah Lowe, Austin Lowe and Brooke Lowe. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
