He is survived by: his mother Cora Fletcher (Maynard); his wife Donna Sue Fletcher (Rice); his son Larry Joe Fletcher of Pilgrim, KY; his granddaughter Hope Mullins (Mikey) of Stepptown, WV; and his siblings, Betty Lou Moore (Mitchell) of Pilgrim, KY, Isaac Fletcher (Judy) of Pilgrim, KY and Judy Adkins (Billy) of Pilgrim, KY. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
