He is survived by: his mother Sharlene Moore (May); his stepparents, Malcom Moore of Pilgrim, KY and Belle Smith (Angel Smith) of Inez, KY; his children, Dylan Smith, Eli Smith, Syrianna Smith and Amelia Smith; and his siblings, Shannon Smith (Lori) of Inez, KY and Tracy Paglione (Andy) of Troy, OH.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
