She is survived by: her children, Seibern Kyle Hazelett of Huntington and Danette Gay Hazelett-Hall (Tommy Lowell) of Pippa Passes, Kentucky.; her grandchildren, Angela Hazelett, Amanda Elkins (Thomas), Jennifer Tommey (Dwight), Tyler Hazelett (LaCosta), Rachel Hazelett, Nathan Fannin and Neil Fannin; her great grandchildren, Kristen Hicks, Justin Elkins, Grayson Elkins, Asher Elkins, Wesley Elkins, David Elkins, John Elkins, Brandley Bell BrayLee Bell, Tristan Toomey, Shane Toomey and Kennedy Grace Fannin; and her great great grandchild Trystin Toomey.
