She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Scott and Mae Scott (McCoy); and her siblings, Odell, Randall, Donnie, Willard Jr., Jimmy Scott and Ada Jean Lynch.
She is survived by: her children, Chris Slone of Pikeville, KY and Misti Slone of Georgetown, KY; her siblings, Bobby Scott (Jamessa) of Pikeville, KY, Ronald Scott (Jean) of Pikeville, KY, Virgil Scott of Michigan, Peggy Morely of Pikeville, KY and Linda Cornette of Pikeville, KY; her grandchildren, Johnathon Mullins (Jade) and Cameron Mullins; and her great grandchild Johnna Mullins.
