We are sad to announce that on February 18, 2022, at the age of 88, Vivian Emerald Coleman Kendrick of Pikeville, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Phillip David "P. D."; her husband Lewis J. Kendrick; and her brother Phillip David Coleman Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Lewis Jones Kendrick Jr. of Pikeville, Kimberly Kendrick Smith of Pikeville and Francis Coleman; her granddaughters, Sarah Smith Green of Lexington and Rachel Louise Smith of Ocala; and her great grandchildren, William Wyatt Green and Aurora Rae Vieira.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested the donations be made in Vivian's memory to the Alzheimer's Association, 2808 Palumbo Dr. #205, Lexington, Ky. 40509.
