She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Bevins and Fonnie Avonelle Charles Bevins; her husband Lonnie Osborne; and her siblings, Paul Everett Bevins, Anna May Bevins, Aerma Gail Blackburn, Judy Carol Bevins, Peggy Ruth Bevins and Sharon Kay Copley.
She is survived by: her children, Tom Osborne-Owens (Neal) and Alison Kay Osborne Velasquez (Michael); her siblings, John Bevins and Mary Sue Bevins; and her grandchildren, Ariana Velasquez Strider (Adam), Brennan Michael Velasquez, Thomas Zane Osborne-Owens, Emily Jean Osborne-Owens and Lilly Kay Osborne-Owens.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home (2931 US-23, Pikeville, KY 41501). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
