He was predeceased by: his father Astor Lee Stewart; his brother Randall Stewart; and his sister-in-law Diana Faye Stewart. He is survived by: his mother Sylvia J. Bentley Sowards; his sons, Astor Lee Stewart (Faith) and Zachary "Zach" Adrian Stewart (Juanita Couch); and his brother Stevie Joe Stewart (Dianna).
