He is survived by: his close friend Loretta Sites; his daughter Jessica Rae Cline (Chris); his stepdaughter Samantha Robertson (Tony); his son-in-law Chan Sizemore; his siblings, Nick R. Howard and Suzi King (Terry); and his grandchildren, Lakin Tanner Puckett (Brittany), Hannah Celeste Puckett (Shawn), Olivia Morgan Cline, Brayden Robertson, Branson Robertson, Isaac Sizemore and James Sizemore.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home (2931 US-23, Pikeville, KY 41501). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
