He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry E. Pappas and Henrietta Phelps Spencer; his siblings, Karen Holden and Rudy Pappas; and his brother-in-law Raymond Lamar "Buddy" Holden.
He is survived by: his wife Wanita Marie Pappas; his children, Steven William Pappas and Melissa Marie Lawson (John); his grandchildren, Jay and Katherine Lawson; and his siblings, Ellis, Donnie Pappas and Judy Gulish. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hager Funeral Home (633 Bland St, Brandenburg, KY 40108). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
