He is survived by: his wife Linda Ratliff (Rasnick) of Pikeville; his children, Stephen Isaac Ratliff of Lexington and Stephanie Elizabeth Ratliff of Morehead; and his sisters, Libby Blair (David), Rosanna Coleman (Johnny) of Panama City, FL, Sally Damron (Jeff) of Pikeville and Doneen Parsons of Lexington, KY.
