As Stephanie Lenore departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Stephanie Lenore. Though Stephanie Lenore may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arville Lee Alley and Kathy Carroll Alley. She is survived by: her children, Dewayne Lee Hall and Cassidy Lillian Newsome; and her sisters, Diane Ratliff, Kristi Hensley and Shirl Alley Lee. She is also survived by loving aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home (2931 US-23, Pikeville, KY 41501). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location.
