He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Jackson Tackett and Wanda May Hall. He is survived by: his wife Letty Tackett; his daughter Jasmine Burrus (Josh); his siblings, Esther May Panzone, Teresa Plasterer (Ed), Resha Lucas, Terry Hall (Robin), Gary Lee Hall (Donna) and Kevin Tackett (Linda); and his siblings-in-law, Sylvia Difuntorum, Carolyn Parducho (Jose) and Romy Infante (Diane). He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM and at 7:00 PM at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home (2931 US-23, Pikeville, KY 41501).
