Ruby Mae Stanley Ratliff Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 17, 2024, at the age of 98, Ruby Mae Stanley Ratliff (Pikeville, Kentucky) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe E. Stanley and Ida Hackney Stanley; her husband John M. Ratliff; her son John Keith Ratliff; her close friend Estill Goble; and her siblings, Marshall Stanley, Grayson Stanley, Clifton Stanley, Joe E. Stanley, Jr. (Babe), Gladys Stanley Hunt, Golessa (Shorty), Stanley McCoy and Lola Jane Stanley.

She is survived by: her daughters, Diana Ratliff of Midway, KY and Jane Ratliff [Phillip] Branham (Coal Run Village); and her granddaughter Lauren Branham.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Son Funeral Home (703 Hambley Blvd, Pikeville, KY 41501). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 12:00 PM to 12:00 PM at the Stanley Family Cemetery.
