She was predeceased by: her parent E. W.; her husbands, Paul Maurice Blackburn and Dewy Honaker; her daughter Ann B. Tiller (Parker); her stepdaughter Nancy Honaker; and her grandchildren, Paul, Trevon Tiller and Beth B. Fraley.
She is survived by: her son Bill R. Blackburn (Gail) of Pikeville; her grandchildren, Dr. Rebecca B. Luking (Jason) of Frankfort, Whitney B. Dool (Chris) of Pikeville, Dr. Luke Blackburn (Sara) of Omaha, NE and Bethany Ann Tiller of Atlanta, GA; her grandson-in-law Brandon Fraley of Lexington; and her brother Ronnie Robinette of Arizona. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions in Rose's memory be made to Pikeville First Baptist Church at 126 4th Street, Pikeville, Kentucky 41501.
