He is survived by: his children, Ronald Ray Blair (Elizabeth) of Justiceville and Tammy Sue Blair of Justiceville; his grandchildren, Ronetta Bartley, Ronna Brooke Blair (Tony Milson), Chasta Hope Hatfield (Marty), Austin Coleman (Makaylan) and Hannah Jo Coleman; his great grandchild Maggie Blake Justice; and his brother Fred Blair Jr. of Pikeville, Kentucky..
