She was predeceased by: her parents, Matt Thacker and Ollie Worrix Thacker; her former husband Harold Abshire; her husband James Ervin Hogston; and her siblings, Jonah Thacker, Glen Thacker, Gemes Thacker, John D. Thacker, Lee Roger Thacker, Kelsie Kendrick, Victoria Slone and Dixie Thacker.
She is survived by: her children, Freddie Abshire of Waldork, MD, Jimmy Abshire of Lick Creek, KY and Delores Miller of Feds Creek, KY; her grandsons, Harold Ray Miller, Travis Miller, Benjamin Abshire and Aaron Abshire; her great grandchildren, Hannah Miller, Dylan Miller, Trevor Miller, Mila Miller, Hunter Miller and Chloe Miller; and her great great grandchild Titus Collar.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM. A burial was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at the Annie E Young Cemetery (4964 Chloe Rd, Pikeville, KY 41501).
