He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Henry Bartley and Betty Helton Bartley. He is survived by: his spouse Geniene Estep Bartley; his children, Jessica Purvis (Bobby), Rhonda Holbrook (Kenneth), Paul Bartley (Crystal), Jonathan Bartley (Becky) and Betty Riley; and his siblings, Jimmy Ray Bartley and Tracy Bartley. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, and a host of loving family and friends.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home (2931 US-23, Pikeville, KY 41501).
