She was predeceased by: her parents, Oreland Charles Tackett and Madgie Tackett; her husband Andy Johnson; and her siblings, Charles Edward Tackett, Lydia Gail Ray, Sandra Kay Tackett and Thedis Martin.
She is survived by: her daughter Andrea Mullins (Randy) of Virgie; her grandsons, Shawn and Dustin; her siblings, Ernest Clifford Tackett (Sue), Larry Dan Tackett (Penny), Michael Shannon Tackett (Sharon) of Virgie and Lois Nell Banks; and her pet Theodore.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM at the Longfork Freewill Baptist Church (4908 Longfork Rd, Virgie, KY 41572-8824). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
