She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Jones and Elsie Jones; her husband Hiram Adkins; her son Warren Roger; her son-in-law Eddy Putty; and her siblings, Jack, James, Ray, Junior, Woody Hall, Laura Ford and Magdalene Williamson.
She is survived by: her children, Jacqueline Slone (Ron) of Knoxville, TN, Elizabeth Vanhoose (Dickie) of Pikeville, Sandra Adkins (Chris) of Fords Branch and Richard Adkins of Fords Branch; her grandchildren, Tiffani Amber Crane (Greg), Crystal Smith (Luke), Justin Kent Kerr (Kelly), Jeffrey Adkins, Sheena Ruth Parker (Alex Hyrb), Adam Blaze Adkins (Chandler) and Andrew Dylan Adkins (Marina); and her great grandchildren, Sybella, Lucien Crane, Sam Shepherd, Charlee, Willow Smith, Mason Kerr, Avery, Eden Carlisle, Carter, Braxton Adkins and Emmanuel Adkins. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, some she claimed as her children and grandchildren.
