She was predeceased by: her parents, Rafael Ramirez Baez and Maria Louisa Fernandez Ramirez; and her husband Dr. Luis M. Gomez. She is survived by: her siblings, Milagros Rivera Ramirez of Houston and Jose Francisco Ramirez Fernandez of Monterrey, Mexico; her children, Louis Gomez of Lexington, Maria Blankenship (Allen) of Cynthiana, Sandra May (Todd) of Pikeville and Anna Gomez of Pikeville, Kentucky.; and her grandchildren, Jessica Blankenship, Danielle Adair, Cory Blankenship, Andrea Fowler, Payton May, Jessie Smith and Grace Tackett.
