She was predeceased by: her parents, Sambo Bartley and Naomi Ruth Adkins Bartley; and her grandson Nathan Kyle Lemaster. She is survived by: her children, Gregory Shawn Mullins, Brandon Chad Mullins (Michelle), Corey Austin Mullins (Kaitlyn) and Stephanie Jo Lemaster (DJ); her sister Pam Mullins; and her grandchildren, Ariel Alexis Mullins, McKenzi Paige Lemaster, Cora Ann Mullins and Callan Austin Mullins.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home (2931 US-23, Pikeville, KY 41501). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 24th 2025 at 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A burial was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
