She is survived by: her husband Phillip Johnson; her son Neal Thacker (Tiffany); her grandchildren, Matthew Thacker and Rylee Baker; and her siblings, Benny Thacker (Teresa), Rubin Thacker (Lavonne), Lorene Sturgill (Danny), Debbie Maynard, Margie Bartley, Lonnie Dean Thacker (Dixie), Gary Thacker (Liz), Hillard (Sue) and Barb Mullins (Dana). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
