She was predeceased by: her son Joshua Zachary Morgan; and her brother Danny Z. Adkins. She is survived by: her son Jesse Ulius Thacker II of Pikeville, KY; her siblings, John D. Adkins of Shelbiana, KY, Sharon Blair of Mt. Sterling, KY and Rhonda Thacker of Pikeville, KY; and her nieces and nephews, John Marrs, Patrick Thacker, Daniel Adkins, Rachel Marrs and Stacey Tackett. She is also survived by her son, family, and friends.
