She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob D. "Dewey" Saunders and Nona Mae Ratliff Saunders; and her siblings, Larry H. Saunders, Claude Saunders, Helena Ruth Saunders and Deborah C. Looney.
She is survived by: her son Gerald Glenn Saunders; her significant other Jeannie of Roanoke, Virginia; her sister Montana Runyon of Big Lake; her sister-in-law Annette Saunders of Chillicothe; her friend Carol Mitchell of Pikeville, Kentucky.; and her grandchildren, Eric Saunders and Courtney Phillips.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, September 25th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Johnson Memorial Park (163 Johnson Cemetery Rd, Pikeville, KY 41501).
