He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton Ratliff and Sandra Vickers Ratliff; and his brother Tommy Fields. He is survived by: his spouse Senega L. Justice Ratliff; his son Dakota Ratliff; and his siblings, Clifton Ratliff Jr., Melissa Ratliff and Betty Hamilton.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home (2931 US-23, Pikeville, KY 41501). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
